The Coflow desktop app: an engineering channel where teammates and Scout, an agent, check the mobile launch against its runbook, with streams and colored channels in the sidebar.

THE WHOLE PICTURE. THE NEXT MOVE.

Less catching up.
More moving together.

Work happens across conversations, documents, repositories, inboxes, and the web. Coflow brings it into one place on your desktop, puts agents to work on it, and ContextStream remembers all of it, so every person and every agent starts from what the team already knows.

  • Private to its owner

Nothing reaches a channel unless you share it or set up a rule for it.

Think it through visually.

Sketch a flow, drop in images, and annotate on a board that saves as you draw. Pin it to the conversation so everyone can open it, edit it together, or save it to ContextStream as context.

  • Draw, drop, annotate

Shapes, arrows, text, sticky notes, and images on a board that saves as you go.

  • Share it into the conversation

Pin it to the chat, and turn on Collaborate so everyone there can edit it.

  • Keep it as context

Save to context adds the board to a project, so Flo and your agents can use it.

Save what matters. Keep it in the room.

Add context saves a decision, doc, runbook, diagram, handoff, plan, or ticket with tags and the evidence behind it, right from the conversation. Pin context keeps the right items in a conversation, so Flo and every agent there work from them. Files shared in a conversation open in place, spreadsheets sheet by sheet.

  • Structure for every kind

Decisions, docs, runbooks, diagrams, handoffs, todos, tasks, plans, tickets, and media.

  • Evidence included

Messages, agent runs, and code changes from the conversation are saved as its sources.

  • Pinned for everyone

Pins become the conversation’s context: agents receive them, and the header shows them.

Bring the right context into the room.

Point any channel or direct message at the projects it’s about. One search finds any workspace or project you can access, and from then on Flo and your agents in that conversation work from exactly that context.

04 / POWERED BY CONTEXTSTREAM

Good work builds in layers.
So does context.

Coflow is where your team and your agents work. ContextStream is the memory underneath: it indexes your code, documents, and tools, remembers every decision and lesson, and hands the right context to whoever needs it next, person or agent.

Discover ContextStream
  1. SOURCESCode, docs, tools & the web

Repositories, documents, connected integrations, and the pages you save from FloGo.

  2. CONTEXTSTREAMMemory & search

Decisions, lessons, plans, and sessions, searchable and access-aware.

  3. COFLOW DESKTOPWork, in context

Stream, Radar, Flo, FloGo, and your agents, grounded in all of it.

  • Memory that compounds

Decisions, lessons, preferences, plans, and runbooks are captured once and surface on their own when the work touches them again.

  • Search across everything

Find the function, the doc, or the decision behind the work, across every indexed repository and document, in one query.

  • Answers with receipts

Flo and your agents cite the sources they used, so you can check the thinking before you act on it.

  • Access-aware by design

Every answer is limited to what the person asking can see. Narrowing or pinning a conversation’s context never widens anyone’s access.

  • The same context in your editor

The ContextStream MCP server gives Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex the same memory Coflow uses, so work carries between the app and your IDE.

  • Handoffs worth receiving

Carry the background, current state, and next steps from one session, teammate, or agent to the next.

05 / THE PEOPLE AND AGENTS BEHIND THE WORK

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Built around
how you work.

What can a FloGo agent do?

It browses for you in a Cloudflare cloud browser, reached through ContextStream: it opens sites, reads and compares pages, fills in forms, and brings back a result you can post into a conversation or save as context. You can watch the run live and stop it at any time, and it asks before it submits a form, buys, posts, or deletes anything. Tasks can also run every day, on weekdays, or every few hours.

Does the agent ever see my passwords?

No. Sign-ins for agents are kept in your operating system’s keychain, and Coflow types a saved password into the cloud page itself, only on https pages of the sites you list. Passwords are masked on every page view, and neither the model nor the page’s scripts ever see your passwords or cookies. FloGo’s browsing history stays on your device.

What does ContextStream add to Coflow?

ContextStream is the memory and search layer underneath Coflow. It indexes your repositories, documents, and connected tools, remembers decisions, lessons, and plans, and gives Flo, your agents, Stream, and Radar the context they work from. The same memory is available in your editor through the ContextStream MCP server.

Is Coflow just for developers?

No. Product, design, operations, and engineering all follow relevant work in Stream and Radar, ask Flo, send FloGo agents to the web, think on a canvas, and keep knowledge current. ContextCode adds a dedicated environment for building with a coding agent.

Do I have to share everything with the whole team?

No. Choose the people who can access each workspace, project, or stream and set read or read & write permissions. Private channels control who is in a conversation. Flo and your agents only use what the person asking can see, and narrowing or pinning a conversation’s context never grants additional access. Your ContextMail stays private to you.

Which tools can I connect?

GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Linear, Jira, Notion, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Box, Stripe, and PostgreSQL. Paper connects through Paper Desktop’s local MCP server with a design open. Each connection has its own setup, workspace access, and agent read setting.

Can I use my own agents and infrastructure?

Yes. Coflow works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, goose, Amp, and other ACP runtimes, alongside Flo. Join a hosted community or run your own Coflow relay. Your runtimes and connected services may need their own accounts and configuration.

Is there a mobile app?

It’s coming soon. The Coflow phone app brings the Flo wheel, FloGo agent runs, ContextMail, conversations, Flo, Canvas, and Agent Runs to your pocket. Until it ships, Coflow for desktop has all of it.

Which platforms does the desktop app support?

macOS on Apple silicon and Intel (signed and notarized) and Linux as a .deb or AppImage. A Windows preview build is also available. The app updates itself when a new version ships.

THE NEXT CHAPTER IS SHARED

Build what’s next.
Together.

Your people. Your agents. Everything you know, ready to work.
